This article presents a clinical case of a patient with terminated pregnancy and bleeding from a partially re-embolized arteriovenous malformation. Clinical manifestations throughout pregnancy included severe toxicosis, vomiting 2–3 times a day, food aversion, general weakness, episodic headaches, and dizziness. Given the medical history and the history of disease, pregnancy was contraindicated for this patient. Highly qualified specialized care ensured a favorable outcome.
