Noetherian solvability and explicit solution of a singular integral equation with weighted Carleman shift in Besov spaces

In this paper, we prove Noetherian solvability and obtain the index formula for a singular integral equation with a Carleman shift in Besov spaces. We also obtain the existence of the solution of the singular integral equation as well as their explicit representations in Besov spaces.
