PUNISHMENT ISSUES FOR VIOLENT CRIMES AGAINST WOMEN THROUGH DEPENDENCY MANIPULATION

Object of study: The article examines the current problems of modern society, including violent crimes against women through the manipulation of dependence, and raises issues of punishment for it. The article aims to protect the constitutional rights of people and citizens in the criminal law, which protects the rights of individuals in the process of involving a woman, a pregnant woman, or a person who is unconscious or mentally deranged to commit criminal offenses. The main purpose of the research article is to improve measures to prevent violent crimes against women. Methodology: We used the basic methods of comparative law in our research. In particular, we were able to study, using synchronous and diachronic methods, the current state of violent crimes against women, the growth trend, the description of the criminals personality, and comparing it with the dynamics of other crimes in modern society. Main results: Considering the above, we recommend the following measures to prevent violent crimes against women: It is necessary to introduce the subject Womens rights in society in pre-school, secondary education, special secondary educational institutions, and higher educational institutions, as well as to create guardianship and public monitoring councils on issues of protection of womens rights in society. Our proposal regarding the criminal legislation. It is necessary to distinguish the actions of persons who used the dependence of women on the criminal path through illegal actions, to show violence to them, as a separate, i.e. finished crime, classified as serious and extremely serious crimes, and severe punishment should be imposed for it. As a result of the research, personal portraits and victimological warnings of criminals who committed violent crimes against women were studied, and by revealing the characteristics of the victims of these crimes, the reasons and conditions for committing crimes, and a set of current measures for prevention were determined in the course of domestic and foreign experiences. Theoretical contributions: The works of domestic and foreign criminologists were used as the theoretical basis of the article. When talking about objects of prevention, it is even possible to talk about a specific enterprise, district, city or any region. Based on the above, if we define crime prevention, it is a set of various interrelated measures carried out by state, public and other organizations in order to identify and eliminate the causes of crime and the conditions that make it possible. In this work, we will consider measures to prevent violent crimes against women in the results section.
