The study examines the impact of HR practices on organizational effectiveness in Kazakhstani companies. It tests the hypothesis that HR practices—such as employee training, compensation systems, and fostering a positive social climate—enhance effectiveness. The sample includes 1,152 firms across multiple industries. Using a hypothetico-deductive approach, the model’s reliability is confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha (72.65%). While the general hypothesis was not supported, findings indicate that HR practices related to communication and information exchange positively influence non-financial performance. The study contributes to HRM theory and offers a practical tool for HR professionals to enhance organizational effectiveness.
