Bilayer hole-transport layer (HTLs) based on phthalocyanine and its metal complexes (MPc) and nickel oxide (NiOх) are promising HTLs for inversed perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The absorption spectra of bilayer HTLs films showed that the bands broadened in the Q- and B-ranges. It was shown that the Urbach energy depend on the central atom of phthalocyanine. The analysis of the impedance spectra of the photocell shows that the NiOx/MPc increases the mobility of the charge carriers. PSCs based on bilayer HTLs are manufactured. It is shown that PSCs with a NiOx layer have a low power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.6 %. The maximum efficiency of PSCs up to 18.9 % is achieved with bilayer HTLs based on NiOx/CoPc.
