Abstract: The article describes the generalized results of scientific research of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of controlled thermonuclear fusion and fusion materials science. The results of experimental studies on the KTM tokamak and the results of simulation studies of the interaction of plasma with the wall using a plasma-beam installation are presented, to study the properties of lithium-containing materials for the blanket of a fusion reactor and to promote lithium technologies for the protection of plasma-facing materials.
