Dynamic behaviour analysis in the impact mechanism

Dynamic processes in the mechanisms of shock action are investigated. The study is carried out using the contact-classical theory of impact, which combines classical dynamics with static solutions of the theory of elasticity. On this basis, the parameters of the shock pulse are determined: the maximum value of the impact force, the duration of the impact interaction, and the energy transfer coefficient. The obtained dependencies are used to calculate the shaking mechanisms of moulding machines in the foundry. The calculation method is quite general and has a wide range of applications. The results obtained allow us to evaluate the fatigue strength of the parts of the impact mechanism or calculate their durability.
