This research aims for constructing a theoretical model of an accident-free flight control system for two ambiguous unmanned aerial vehicles in an inhomogeneous environment, with a view to its further practical application for air flights by means of aviation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The methodology of this research is based on a combination of methods of structural analysis of building a flight control system in an inhomogeneous environment as a whole, with an analytical study of the features of managing the principles of trouble-free flights in an inhomogeneous environment using equivalent unmanned aerial vehicles, the principles of building flight control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles under modern conditions are the results obtained in the course of this research, using modern flight automation systems. The construction of an accident-free flight control system in an inhomogeneous environment for two equivalent unmanned aerial vehicles involves the theoretical and practical solution of a wide range of problematic tasks related to ensuring the capabilities of these technical devices to carry out fully autonomous flights and solving practical tasks, assigned to them by their designers and organizations responsible for their use.
