This paper studies the time identification hyperbolic problems (IHPs) with periodic nonlocal condi-tions. Applying a new version of a operator approach, we establish the well-posedness of the IHP. A new absolute stable difference scheme for the approximate solution of this IHP is constructed. The well-posedness of this difference scheme is proved. Moreover, a numerical test is done.
