Applying Intelligent Educational Systems in Higher Education: Pedagogical Effectiveness

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into online education is progressing rapidly, encompassing adaptive modules, recommendation systems, automated knowledge assessment, and chatbots. These tools foster personalized learning, increase engagement, and improve academic outcomes. Empirical data indicate a predominantly positive impact of AI on students achievement, motivation, and satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of an AI-enhanced educational platform in a university setting. The experiment involved 145 second-year students at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, divided into control and experimental groups. The experimental group learned with an AI platform that offered adaptive tasks and automated testing. Quantitative and qualitative analyses revealed statistically significant improvements in the experimental groups results, confirming the advisability of using AI in the educational environment.
