THE ROLE OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN IMPROVING PRODUCT QUALITY IN THE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS IN THE AI ECONOMY

In this paper, we dwelt on the role of modern management information systems in improving the quality of products, which are manufactured within public-private partnership projects in the AI economy. We demonstrated – by the example of Australia and China – the positive relationship between the given variables and established the list of advantages ensured by this partnership. We also identified the share of projects connected with production in the structure of public-private partnership projects in countries of the Asia-Pacific region. We revealed and characterised the models of public-private partnership in the selected countries and showed the key features of integration of the studied systems in each model. We demonstrated that models of private-public partnership, peculiar for Australia and China, differ a lot due to the established priorities of the economic policies of countries. We proved the top-priority role of the private sector in mastering the modern technologies of artificial intelligence, which ensure product quality. The objective of this research was to identify the direction of the influence of management information systems on the improvement of the quality of products which are created in public-private partnership projects in the AI economy. The scientific novelty of this research consists in determining the integration of intellectual management information systems which are aimed at the improvement of the quality of products within the main models of public-private partnership. The main methods used in this research include descriptive statistics, network analysis, and comparative methods.
