Relevance: Anomalies of the uterus, such as an incomplete septum, can negatively impact reproductive health, contributing to recurrent pregnancy loss and other complications. Women with an intrauterine septum have a significantly higher risk of spontaneous miscarriage, premature birth, and other adverse pregnancy outcomes. Hysteroscopic removal of the uterine septum is an effective method of correcting this pathology, reducing the risk of repeated pregnancy losses and increasing the likelihood of carrying a full-term baby. The study aimed to assess the impact of incomplete uterine septum on pregnancy outcome based on clinical case data. Materials and Methods: The article describes a clinical case of a patient with reproductive difficulties that were successfully overcome after hysteroscopic removal of the uterinie septum. Results: After the hysteroscopic treatment, the patient became pregnant. The pregnancy proceeded without obstetric complications. At 37 weeks, the patient gave spontaneous birth to a live, full-term fetus (3200 gr, 55 cm). Conclusion: The above clinical case demonstrates the typical effect of an incomplete uterine septum on reproductive function and pregnancy outcome. This study highlights the importance of timely diagnosis and surgical correction of uterine abnormalities to reduce the risk of complications and improve perinatal outcomes. An incomplete septum of the uterine cavity is a factor contributing to negative pregnancy outcomes. Timely diagnosis and hysteroscopic septal correction can improve obstetric outcomes and reduce the risk of complications. Large-scale prospective studies using standardized diagnostic criteria are needed to further confirm these results.
