One expression of public morality is the area of sexual relations and, protected by law from excessive impact on human consciousness, distorted or perverted perceptions of sexual relations between people. The rape and involvement of minors, in criminal activities, are particularly dangerous social manifestations of such relationships. The purpose of this study is to create and implement appropriate tools, techniques for the investigation and solving of crimes, establishing the true circumstances of the case. The data presented in the study confirm the importance of investigative situations as an element of the structure of the methodology for investigating violent crimes against children, which considerably affect the investigative actions and serve as a factor for a quick and objective investigation. The study concludes on the necessity for improving the new sections of forensic science, research of electronic data carriers and digital trace evidence.
