This article involves RSM optimization for yield of hydrogen from Ammonia. For such purpose, a statistical technique named RSM (Response Surface Method) was employed to estimate the number of tests and their meaningful description. RSM has been applied for evaluating the variables considered in the yield of hydrogen such as electrical voltage (90–110 V), ammonia flow rate (30–150 L/h), and upstream pressure (0–100 kPa), experimented using a three-variable Central Composite Design (CCD) and an RSM tool provided. The response analyzed for optimization was the yield of hydrogen. The factors that are significantly influenced by the hydrogen yield were identified by a variance analysis (ANOVA). One of the best of the optimum conditions were voltage of 110 V, NH3 flow rate of 30 L/h, and upstream pressure of 0 kPa.
