Relevance: Monitoring the overall morbidity of young people is a crucial element for assessing the medical and demographic potential and planning reproductive health programs in Kazakhstan. Objective: To analyze the primary morbidity rate among the youth of Kazakhstan (all disease classes A00-T98 according to ICD-10) in dynamics from 18 to 23 and to assess regional differences and gender-specific characteristics. Materials and Methods: A retrospective study was conducted based on official statistical reporting data (Form No. ). The study population consisted of young people aged -28 years. All primary cases of diseases within the A00-T98 ICD-10 range were analyzed without detailing by individual classes. Descriptive statistics and linear regression were used to assess the dynamics and significance of trends. Results: A statistically significant decrease in primary morbidity was established nationwide, with an average annual rate of % (R²=0.937; p=0.002). Pronounced spatial heterogeneity was revealed: consistently high average annual rates were observed in the East Kazakhstan and Almaty regions, while the lowest rates were in the Mangystau and Ulytau regions. In regions, the downward trend was statistically significant (p<0.05), while in regions, no significant dynamics were observed. The morbidity rate among women (41,758.4 per 0,000 in 23) was % higher than among men (28,344.5), indicating a significant burden on the reproductive health of young women. Conclusion: The study demonstrates a positive nationwide trend, accompanied by significant regional differentiation and pronounced gender differences. The obtained data justify the need to develop differentiated approaches to strengthening youth reproductive health, taking into account regional specifics, and to enhance preventive work among young women.
