Relevance: Under modern conditions, the study of the determinants of subjective well-being among young people is particularly relevant as an important component of reproductive health. The study aimed to identify predictors of subjective health assessment among Kazakhstani youth using the EQ-5D-5L VAS and to determine their significance for the development of integrated approaches in reproductive medicine. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional online study was conducted involving 386 respondents aged 14-29 years. Subjective health assessment was measured using the EQ-5D VAS (range 0-100). To identify significant predictors, binary logistic regression with stepwise variable selection was applied, and threshold values of >50, >70, and >90 points were examined. The model included socio-demographic, behavioral, and psycho-emotional variables. Results: Emotional resilience was a statistically significant predictor at all levels of the EQ VAS assessment. For the >50-point threshold, healthy sleep was also significant; for the >70-point threshold, place of residence and self-efficacy were significant. A high self-rated health score (>90 points) was associated with a range of factors, including gender, age, socioeconomic status, marital status, living conditions, empathy, optimism, physical activity, and self-efficacy. Conclusion: The subjective quality of life of Kazakhstani youth is determined by a multifactorial system of psychosocial and behavioral characteristics. The results substantiate the feasibility of integrating screening and correction of key predictors (emotional resilience, sleep quality, and cognitive attitudes) into preconception care and reproductive health protection programs. The development of emotional selfregulation may be considered a promising target for preventive psychological interventions in reproductive medicine.
