In this paper, the results of the necessity and sufficiency conditions of the fact that the operator (Formula presented.) for the case (Formula presented.) is bounded and compact from the weighted Lebesgue space (Formula presented.) to weighted Lebesgue space (Formula presented.) are obtained, where (Formula presented.) is the set of all measurable functions (Formula presented.) in the interval (Formula presented.), which the norm is finite: (Formula presented.).
