Risk factors for chronic kidney disease of the Kazakh population

BACKGROUND: The article presents the preliminary results of a study to identify risk factors for the development of chronic kidney disease in the Kazakh population. METHODS: An analysis of the gender composition of the studied patients with chronic kidney disease of IV-Vstage was established by 60.1% of men and 39.9% of women. The high proportion of men and women with chronic kidney disease of IV-Vstage was between 41 and 60 years old and was 49.6% and 51.1%, respectively. RESULTS: The study found that 26% of patients with chronic kidney disease of IV-Vstage had diabetes. Hypertension was accompanied in 34.5% of patients, coronary heart disease in 159 13.3%, and chronic heart failure in 12.3%. CONCLUSIONS: The results of the study reflected the characteristic distribution profile of the specificity of the HLA system in patients with chronic kidney disease in the Kazakh population. Chronic kidney disease in most cases has severe phenotypic manifestations, lead to disability and have an unfavorable prognosis.
